Acquiring the OneCard

Please note that some services such as Clipper are maintained by the third party, therefore a processing time before services are available should be expected when you receive a new OneCard.

Additionally, if you have Clipper funds on your ID card, you will need to reach out to Clipper to transfer the funds from your old OneCard to your new one. Your Clipper ID is the 10 digit number located on the back of your OneCard.

Gator Student Photo

For newly admitted students, the first OneCard will be free of charge.

This is a one-time photo submission process for new students only. ID cards never expire; continuing students do not get new ID cards.

Student will be able to submit their photo using CloudCard online photo submission. This is a one-time photo submission process for students who have never gotten their first ID card. Do not use this process if you are not a student looking to acquire your first OneCard.

Gator Staff Photo

Staff and Faculty ID cards will be serviced in person at the OneCard office.

Please make sure your records are already in the campus system before coming to take your photo. If you are not in the system, you will need documentation from your department manager to verify your status as staff or faculty.

Please bring a government ID for verification.

Staff OneCard Replacement

Please come to the OneCard office to have a replacement card created.

 

Damaged OneCard

If your OneCard is damaged or not working, you will be able to trade in your ID card for a new OneCard free of charge. Please note that some services such as Clipper are maintained by the third party, therefore a processing time before services are available should be expected when you receive a new OneCard.

Student OneCard Replacement

To receive a replacement card, all students must pay an up-front administrative fee of $20 plus a card fee of $2 and show the receipt to the OneCard Office.

This can be done in person with cash or check at the Bursar's Office or online at your student center with card or electronic check.

 

Instructions for Online Payment

  1. Select the "Make a Payment" link in your Student Center.
  2. Select the "Make a Payment" tab once you are in the CashNet online payment page.
  3. Select "Miscellaneous Fees" from the available items.
  4. Add the "Replacement Fee for OneCard Gator Pass" to your cart and complete the payment process.
  5. Show the receipt or electronic receipt to the OneCard front desk.

 

 

 

Select the "Make a Payment" link in your Student Center.
